At Pipsqueak Mansion, our focus and dedication are on maintaining and breeding healthy and balanced puppies

We are a family based breeder, all our dogs are exceptional when it comes to health, temperament and being the best companion. 

All our dogs have house etiquette and obedience trained. All newborn puppies go through biosensor training, desensitization training and are very well socialized with dogs of different breeds and ages. They are also crate and potty trained by the time of going to their furever home

We ensure health and temperament testing are conducted and strive to improve the French Bulldog, Mini Poodles and Goldendoodle breed. They are the perfect companion for any family home. 

Frenchies, Mini Poodles and Goldendoodles are some of the most popular dog breeds. They are a forever commitment. Although they may be low maintenance, it is very important that their nutrition, diet and exercise are always a priority. 

These dogs are family members to us, we are committed to ensuring they live the longest, healthiest lives possible with a family perfectly suited for them. 

Prior to adopting a puppy from us, we will be vetting to ensure it will be a perfect fit.

At Pipsqueak Mansion, we are proud to feature Alyssa T., the breeder behind Pet Inn Xxweetdoodles in Florida. Alyssa is passionate about raising healthy, well-balanced companion dogs with a strong focus on temperament, structure, and early development.

With years of experience in the professional grooming industry, Alyssa has worked hands-on with a wide variety of breeds, helping shape the vision behind her program. Her goal is to produce puppies that are not only beautiful, but also confident, affectionate, and well-suited for everyday family life.

All puppies are raised inside her home in a clean, loving, and enriching environment alongside children and daily household interaction. Puppies also receive early foundation work including crate training, leash conditioning, socialization, and basic obedience exposure in collaboration with professional dog training facility, Hakwai K9

I’m Vivian, Master Breeder and lifelong bulldog enthusiast. My journey began at 16, when I took my very first job at McDonald’s—not for clothes or concerts, but to save up for a dog of my very own. That moment of independence and purpose shaped the path I walk today: one paved with love, integrity, and an unwavering devotion to the dogs I raise.

My love for bulldogs runs deep, especially French Bulldogs. Their quirky personalities, compact size, and joyful energy make them an absolute pleasure to live with. I also have two American Bulldogs, but there’s something uniquely fun about Frenchies—their charm, their playfulness, and even the endless accessories that let their personalities shine.

At Pipsqueak Mansion, I blend passion with purpose. I don’t just breed French Bulldogs with exotic coats—I raise puppies with stable temperaments, sound structure, and strong health. As someone who specializes in early puppy training, I place a strong emphasis on foundational development from day one. Desensitization, exposure, socialization, and early obedience are all part of the puppy's journey here. These practices ensure every pup leaves with confidence, adaptability, and the groundwork for continued success in their new homes.

What truly sets my program apart is the client experience. I’ve been in the position of bringing home a puppy that felt like a one-time transaction, and I’ve made it my mission to offer something far more meaningful. From the moment a breeding is planned, families are brought into the journey. I share updates throughout pregnancy, educate clients on the care and personalities of the parents, and guide them through birth and early puppyhood development.

Pickup day isn’t a goodbye—it’s the start of a relationship. Clients leave not just with a puppy, but with insight, guidance, and an experience that feels more like a boutique unveiling than a kennel pickup. Every family learns about their puppy’s background, training, nutrition, and how to continue building on the strong foundation already set.
